The Site is owned by Now That’s What I Call Music LLP, 2 Canal Reach, Kings Cross, London, N1C 4DB (Data Protection Number ZA743187) (“NOW”) who acts as data controller for the Site with the limited exception of processing related to purchases, as described below. The Site is operated on behalf of NOW by Universal Music Operations Limited, 4 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG (Data Protection Number Z5512937) (“Universal Music”) (Universal Music and NOW together, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
Universal Music is the merchant of record for the webstore located at https://nowmusic.com and acts as data controller with respect to purchases from the webstore, including related customer support and fulfilment.
NOW is a joint venture between Universal Music and Sony Music Entertainment UK Limited of 2 Canal Reach, Kings Cross, London, N1C 4DB (“Sony Music”).
